15-year-old Hailey Ortman and 17-year-old Jiovanni “Jio” Vega were both located, according to an announcement by Lower Windsor Township police on Nov. 3 around 7:46 p.m.

Two missing teenagers may have run away together and could be in danger police say.
15-year-old Hailey Ortman and 17-year-old Jiovanni “Jio” Vega were both reported as missing from their Lower Windsor Township house on Thursday, Nov. 3 at approximately 1 a.m., according to area police.
They are believed to be together and it is believed they’re receiving help and/or assistance, Lower Windsor Township police assert.
The police are requesting assistance to return these juveniles safely to their homes.
The authorities are reminding the public that "anyone found aiding these juveniles and failing to assist with their return could face criminal charges."
